I've come across this number and can confidently say it's a scam. It's operated by individuals, often from Southeast Asia, who pose as representatives of the mobile network provider, EE.

They will ring you, feigning to be from EE, and suggest you can enjoy a complimentary upgrade (they bizarrely term it "upgration") or try to sell you some new service at a price that's far too good to be true. Be wary, as they'll request personal information like your address before attempting to sweeten the deal with a "free phone." If you need assistance, they offer the number 03333034531 to call back. In my opinion, steer clear; it’s a total scam!
