I found it quite difficult to grasp what the person on the other end was attempting to convey due to their strong foreign accent and rather poor command of English. In the end, I decided it was best to end the call. To add to my hesitation, the number was flagged as potentially spammy as well.

After getting calls from the same number like 10 times over the past couple weeks, I figured I'd pick up. Turned out to be some IT recruitment folks looking to hire developers. The call quality was so rubbish, I couldn’t catch the name of their company. They kept asking for HR and recruitment contact info. I just said “no” to everything and hung up. Not a scam, just your typical recruiters pestering you.

They ring me every weekday without fail and always leave a voicemail. The strange thing is whenever they say the person's name, the company, or why they're calling, it all sounds like gibberish - like they’re doing it on purpose or something. Honestly, I can’t make out a single word. I’ve had enough and decided to block the number now.

I struggled to make out the messages left on my voicemail. From what I could gather though, it looks like the caller might be involved in IT marketing or maybe an IT recruitment person.
