This really smelt like an insurance con. They kept asking if I had a claim with Direct Line but wouldn’t confirm if they were actually from Direct Line, working for them or had got my info from Direct Line somehow. They were super dodgy about who they really were. Ended up just hanging up on me when I asked more questions.
