What a scam! He kept calling me Mr, but I’m definitely a Ms. Also, he said they’d rung me earlier which is total nonsense. I just ended the call straight away.

I had this bloke ring me up all super friendly and polite, like way too nice if you ask me. He said he was calling about some roof repairs we supposedly had done recently and wanted to send over a warranty. Thing is, we left that house 6 years ago! I told him fine, send the guarantee through, but of course, he just hung up straight away. Complete nonsense. Don’t be fooled by how slick and charming he sounds - he’s definitely a con artist trying to trick you!
