But as far as I’m aware, the only loft insulation ever done was when the house was built. When I asked for more info, the call got cut off. To me, it sounds dodgy, like they’re just trying to book an appointment to get into the loft and then push expensive new insulation we don’t actually need.2 yearsThey called saying there’s a new certificate needed for loft insulation supposedly done recently. Thing is, we haven’t had any work done for like 38 years! Seems like just a trick to get their people inside your home so they can try selling you insulation you don’t need.
