Some bloke named Chris phoned me, said he was the energy advisor around here, though he never gave the postcode that matches mine. When I told him I’m just renting, not the owner, he just cut the call straight away. Bit odd, cos he sounded really polite at first. Felt a bit rude in the end.

Got a call from a guy named Chris, sounded like he was English and said he was an energy advisor nearby. He kept asking what I use my loft for. When I asked which company he was with, he dodged the question. Then I asked if he worked for the government and again, no straight answer. I told him I’d check the number myself and wouldn’t you know, he hung up straight away. Blocked him after that.

They keep ringing me non stop, could be dodgy sales or some kind of scam. Seriously annoying and way too persistent!

A bloke called Chris, sounded English, said he was from some local energy advice thing. He started asking about what I do with my loft. When I asked him what company he was with, he dodged the question. Then I asked if he was a government worker, still no answer. I said I’d check the number myself and, wouldn’t you know, he hung up straight away. Covered the number after that.

Got calls from this number twice in two days. Didn’t get any voicemail or anything. After seeing what others said, I just blocked it.

With the way things are going, I reckon Chris is a proper decent bloke - honest, kind, and someone you could definitely count on no matter what worries or problems you might have around here. He's like a bright light showing us all what being a good neighbour really means, and it’s pretty amazing to have someone like him as our local energy advisor, eager to support everyone who owns a home. Chris is so keen to lend a hand, he’ll even pop a message on your answerphone, hoping you'll give him a bell back. Honestly, it’s quite touching. Bless him and his wee cotton socks!

I’ve had this number ring me multiple times a day and I just don’t pick up since I’ve no idea who it is. Seems dodgy, so I’d rather not take the chance. If it’s truly important, they can send a letter, can’t they? After checking reviews here, I’m relieved I never answered.

I got a call from someone named Chris who claimed to be the North East rep for my energy company. He wanted to know if I owned the house. As soon as I told him I’m actually a trustee, he cut the call straight away.

Seems like a total scam to me, I got a call from someone saying they were with HMRC and threatening legal action. Pretty sure it’s a fraud.
