On 18th March 2021, I got a call from 07457823841, and honestly, it was so annoying. They were preying on vulnerable people, definitely not legit. Felt like a total scam! Just hang up straight away and block the number - it’s obviously dodgy and probably illegal. Don’t waste your time with it.

I got this call the other day and it really made me feel uneasy. The person on the line said they were from the TAX department and insisted we owed a lot of unpaid taxes. They told us to hit 1 straight away or the police would show up to arrest us very soon. Being in our mid 80s, it was clear to us right away that this was just a nasty scam trying to scare us.
