Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, no voicemail left. Looked it up on who-called and then just blocked it straight away. Easy peasy!

Got a call from 07457401610, and the bloke on the line actually knew my name, my address, and even how many kids under 18 live with me. He was asking if I lived with family and whether we pay for the house ourselves or through the council. Said the call was recorded but he was so rude and spoke super fast I couldn’t make out what company he was from at all. Honestly, these calls are dodgy - best not to pick up!

An incredibly thick-accented lady refused to reveal her identity or the origin of her call. Rather unexpectedly, she referred to me as a "stupid man" before abruptly ending the conversation. Quite the strange encounter, if I do say so!

I received a rather peculiar call from someone whose grasp of English seemed rather shaky. They insisted, "Please don't hang up. This call is vital, and I must have a word with you..." I couldn't help but cut in, wanting to know what this was all about. He then kept urging that he would clarify everything if only I could provide a few personal details, including my full name. When I firmly pointed out that it sounded like a scam, he abruptly ended the call. Charming, isn't it?
