I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT’s security team - said there were some issues with my internet connection. I kept asking her to go over what she’d said again because she was speaking really fast and it sounded a bit all over the place. It seemed to annoy her when I asked her how they actually knew about the problem and requested a proper BT account number or reference to prove it. She just cut the call then. Pretty much the usual scam that’s been about forever.
