I got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon. They were really nasty and told me my account was hacked, asking me to install some app called Zoho Assist to sort it out. So, I rang Amazon directly to see if it was legit - it definitely wasn’t. Then the same number called me back, and when I told the caller what I found out, she just laughed at me and ended the call. Such a rude experience!
