I keep getting the identical message over and over again.

Got a message claiming to be from Vodafone, saying someone tried to change my phone number - total scam, don’t fall for it!

I received a rather suspicious call from someone claiming to be with Vodafone, insisting that there was an effort to alter my phone number. Strangely enough, he had all my details, including my full name and the right mobile provider. He said he was looking to enhance security on my account, but I thought it best to verify through Vodafone directly. They assured me that they don’t operate with that number, which leads me to believe it was a scam! Quite unsettling, really!

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Vodafone, telling me someone tried to switch my phone number. They already knew my name and who my provider is. They said they wanted to set up extra security, but I told them I'd contact Vodafone myself to check. Feels like a scam to me.
