I'm receiving incessant calls, easily reaching ten a day, from this number and others, all from 8 in the morning until 10 at night. It's quite exhausting to deal with. I made the mistake of picking up once, and the individual on the line claimed to represent an investment firm. When I firmly requested him to stop calling my number, he promptly rang me back from another line, taking offence at my tone. I reiterated my demand for him to cease this harassment and disconnected the call. The onslaught seems never-ending. I've taken the step of registering with the Telephone Preference Service in the hopes that it would reduce the nuisance, but so far I've endured another six calls. I'm at a bit of a loss regarding what my options are now. As a retiree, this situation is both distressing and unsettling. Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed.
