Got a dodgy call from someone claiming to be my internet provider. An automated female voice warned that my internet would be cut off in a few hours because of a supposed router problem. It then told me to press a button to speak to my ISP directly - total rubbish. This is just a scam trying to get you to call a premium rate number and bleed your money. Proper ISPs never do this kind of thing, they wait for you to ring them if there’s an issue. Usually, you just get bounced around anyway trying to get them to sort it. Watch out and don’t get caught by this nonsense!
