This bloke said he had to inspect my loft insulation and check for damp because of some new rule. I told him it was already sorted earlier this year but he kept pushing that they needed to come by. I got duped last year, told my loft needed fresh insulation and my beams were too wet, said it would cost me £5000 to fix. Ended up calling a local company who sorted it out for £350 and gave me a certificate.
