Got a call saying my bank account had been charged £199 for Amazon and £899 for some international transfer. They told me to press 1. Total scam, don’t fall for it!

I got a call from this number but missed it, so I rang back to see who it was and if I wanted to chat. She started shouting at me, claiming I’d called her and accusing me of being a scammer! When I told her it was actually her who phoned me first, she just denied it. Then she rang me AGAIN (I thought she might say sorry) but instead just went on another rant asking who I was and all that. Eventually, I just ended the call. The call history clearly shows she rang me first though.
