Just to clear things up, someone posted on the Virgin Media user's forum about getting a call from a lady who sounded like she had an Indian or Pakistani accent. She claimed to be from Virgin Media and asked if the services were okay. I told her everything seemed fine but ended the call quickly as I thought it might be a scam. For Virgin Media’s reference, the call came from 07455258982.
