I picked up the phone and got a recorded message telling me I was charged £79.99 for Amazon Prime, and if I wanted to cancel and get a refund, I had to press 1. I actually work in Amazon customer service and know we never send messages like that. Total scammer, probably after my card info. Blocked straight away!
