I got this number through a home swap site to sort out a house exchange, so it’s pretty shocking to see people saying it’s linked to credit card fraud. Makes no sense why anyone would want to get tangled up in that. After seeing all the stuff written here, I decided not to reach out to them at all.

Got a call from a woman saying she was from Sky, but there was so much noise in the background it was impossible to make out what she was saying. I’ve dealt with Sky customer service a few times before and never had to put up with such a loud ruckus during a call.

Got a call from a woman’s recorded voice saying she was from my credit card company or bank. She told me there was some strange activity on my card. Then she gave me two choices: approve the transaction or chat with a bank representative. Pretty clear it was a scam. I just ended the call straight away.
