Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent saying he was from the tax department, saying there was a warrant for my arrest over unpaid taxes. When I asked which years he was talking about, he couldn’t say without my NI number. Told him no way I’d give that info. He did know my name and address but couldn’t explain when I supposedly owed tax. When I asked where in the UK he was ringing from, he just hung up. Total scam - don’t fall for it!
