I got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, saying they could knock 40% off my recent bill. But when I tried to get more info about which number he meant or any other specifics, he just wouldn’t give me any details.

Answered the phone earlier and was greeted by a lady speaking in what sounded like Chinese. I thought these types of calls had vanished ages ago. The strange thing is, they only popped back up after I filled out some online forms asking for renovation property insurance quotes. Even had a call on Thursday from a woman speaking in that language again. Really odd.
