I got a call from this number earlier, but not a single word was said, which was really frustrating. I couldn’t even find out why they were ringing me. Such a pointless use of time and money!

A bloke called himself Harry from the EE network, but I’m an EE customer and they just updated their caller ID so it shows real company names - including theirs. That means it definitely wasn’t them ringing, plus I’ve never heard them call themselves ‘EE network’ before.
