4 monthsGot a call from a lady saying she could help me get back money I lost in a scam. When I asked her how much I’d actually lost, she just dodged the question completely. Best to steer clear of these calls.5 monthsHonestly, these calls are getting on my nerves big time! I keep getting loads of phone calls every day, and they’re really impolite, feels like harassment for sure. Like some others mentioned, they use a bunch of different numbers that only change by the last digit. Today I’ve already had about 15 calls from them. So annoying! 😤5 monthsThis was clearly a dodgy call, and they were really nasty once I told them I knew what they were up to. They seem to have loads of numbers that only change by the last digit. After I called them out, I got flooded with calls from numbers that were almost the same, just with one digit switched at the end. Proper annoying!7 monthsI got a call from someone claiming they could help recover my lost Bitcoin wallet. They wouldn’t accept payment through any secure method, which was a massive red flag. Pretty obvious it was a con.Bitcoin7 monthsEvery time I pick up, the caller just stays quiet. I keep getting calls from numbers beginning with 07451, usually several times in a row, sometimes all within about ten minutes. It's really strange!7 monthsGot a call from a number I didn’t recognise, so I let it go to voicemail. Nothing was left, so I’m guessing it was probably some sort of scam.8 monthsReceived a phone call on 03/11/2025 at approximately 3.15 pm from the number 07451298021 a man spoke to me with an american accent saying that I had £4,000 worth of Bitcoin that he wanted to refund. I said I have no Bitcoin and have never had anything to do with Bitcoin. He then said according to his records I made a £250 investment in 2021. I said I did not remember doing that and as my mother passed away in January of that year I have a very clear memory of that time. I then asked him what details he had of me. He replied that he had my email address which he read back to me and it was correct. I then asked him to confirm the Bitcoin investment in an email to me. He agreed to do so and would also send a message to me via Whatsapp. I explained that my iPhone had died on me and I wasn't able to get Whatsapp because I didn't have a smart phone. He was very smooth and spoke very well definately a cut above the average scammer making him sound very plausible but as the saying goes if something sounds too good to be true it often is. Of course I didn't receive any confirmation email and hadn't expected to. No doubt I'll get another call but as I know the number I simply won't answer itBitcoinWhatsapp8 monthsI keep getting these calls claiming I’ve got 25,000 unclaimed bitcoins or something. It’s like twice a day at least, from all these different numbers. Blocking them doesn’t help much since they just use disposable phones or whatever. Total scam.9 monthsLoads of calls from a number like this, it starts with 0745129802 but the last digit changes, been 0, then 1, 2, or 3 for me. Total scam, just don't answer or bother with it. I’ve blocked every single one, bet the next will finish with 4 or something like that!9 monthsThe connection was terrible, my missus couldn't catch a word, so I told them to ring back. Hopefully, they actually do.11 monthsI keep getting calls from numbers starting with 07451298020, they often ring me a couple of times within 10 minutes.
