The weird thing was when the caller asked how much I usually pay on my bill - shouldn't they know that already if they're from Three? I just ended the call without a word. Got a call claiming to be from 3, saying I could get 45% off my mobile plan. I’ve been with 3 for ages and they never do discounts unless your contract is about to end - mine isn’t, so something felt off. The last time someone rang like this, they tried to charge me £39, promising a refund within a month. Didn’t trust it then and didn’t bother asking for any paperwork this time either. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
