I had a rather peculiar experience recently where I was approached thrice in a single day by three various individuals from Ran, all keen to offer me a position. Quite the unusual occurrence, wouldn’t you say?

These con artists seriously seem to think they’ve got it made. When I called them out for targeting old and vulnerable folks, they got super patronising. One bloke said something like, “while you lot who work regular jobs are eating plain meals, we’ll soon be chilling on Miami shores with cocktails and fancy Lobster Thermidor in a few months.” They bragged about cashing in big time while everyone else is struggling with the cost of living, claiming they’ve made millions and are really living it up. Just so wrong. 🤬

I got a bunch of calls from this number today. The latest one left a voicemail, probably trying to get me to ring back. It was just loads of noise, like folks chatting away in some overseas call centre. After reading the reviews here, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it.

Got a call from some recruitment firm asking if I was still lookin for a part-time gig. Told them I already have one and they just hung up straight away! Tried ringin the same number back and it turns out it’s blocked, probably cos it’s flagged as spam or summat.

I picked up and some guy claimed he was calling from Reed Recruitment. I've never signed up with them or anything, so I just ended the call.

I got a call where the bloke just shouted "hello Mother F****r" and then slammed the phone down on me.

Someone rang me at half past nine the morning after boxing day, no idea what for. I didn’t bother answering. Seeing that message with "Hello Motherfuckers" earlier, I think I made the right choice!
