3 yearsGot a missed call from this number, checked some reviews here and saw loads of bad stuff about it. Decided to block it straight away.3 yearsReceived a rather curious call purporting to be from 3. The person on the other end inquired whether I’d be interested in upgrading to the latest smartphone. Naturally, I expressed some enthusiasm, but then they began asking probing questions about my postcode. Before I knew it, they had pieced together my address. Things escalated when they asked for my date of birth, which raised my eyebrows significantly. I promptly informed them that I was uncomfortable divulging any further details. Shortly after, I received a form requesting my banking information, which I adamantly refused to provide. Now, they’ve managed to acquire my full name, address, and date of birth. To safeguard myself, I’m in the midst of reaching out to Experian at 0800 0138888 to report the incident and secure my information.Experian3 yearsSome bloke called saying he was ringing from Three Mobile with an amazing offer for a brand new iPhone 15. He said the phone itself was free but I had to pay £20 upfront for delivery, which would be refunded later. The monthly cost was a bit confusing, kept hearing different figures like £30 or £35 a month. When I said I wasn’t interested, he insisted it wasn’t a scam, trying to reassure me. Then he asked for my bank details, my full name, email and all that. I told him no thanks, I don’t want to get ripped off. That’s when he just hung up on me.Three Mobile3 yearsgot a call earlier but they didn’t leave any voicemail so i just hung up on them3 yearsGot a missed call from a number I didn’t recognise, no message or anything. Seemed like it was from a mobile, so I thought maybe it was the call I was waiting for, but no luck when I tried ringing back. Feels a bit fishy, probably some sort of scam.3 yearsGot a call from 07451284905, showed up as an unknown number. They didn’t leave any voicemail or anything. I found out some other people here got calls from this same number too.3 yearsI received a call claiming to be from Three Networks, stating they could lower my monthly bill to just £7 without the need for any extra contract. Curious, I reached out to Three directly to check if such a deal existed, but they confirmed there was no such offer available. It appears they were impersonating Three, so I advise you to consider this a scam call. When I mentioned that I was registered on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), they ended the call abruptly.Three NetworksThreeTelephone Preference ServiceTPSSubmit Your Own Report (07451 284905)
