Mobile, they asked if I wanted to upgrade to the latest phone. I said yes and they started asking for my postcode, which they used to find my full address. Then they asked for my birthday, which made me feel uneasy. I told them I wasn’t comfy sharing any more info. After that, they sent me a form requesting bank details, which I didn’t provide. So now they hold my name, address, and DOB. I’m currently contacting Experian on 0800 0138888 to report this and keep myself safe.Experian3 yearsSome bloke called saying he was ringing from Three Mobile with an amazing offer for a brand new iPhone 15. He said the phone itself was free but I had to pay £20 upfront for delivery, which would be refunded later. The monthly cost was a bit confusing, kept hearing different figures like £30 or £35 a month. When I said I wasn’t interested, he insisted it wasn’t a scam, trying to reassure me. Then he asked for my bank details, my full name, email and all that. I told him no thanks, I don’t want to get ripped off.
