I played along just to see where it was going, then told them to check if I was even a customer. They lost their cool, shouting at me for wasting their time before slamming the phone down. I got a call supposedly from 3 Mobile and they seemed to know my call plan info. But usually, when 3 phones me, their number actually shows on my display. Plus, I’ve had tons of calls from numbers that look quite like this one before. If I wanted a “40% discount on a phone”, I'd just ring 3 myself, not trust some random caller.

I gave them a moment before I decided to hang up. (20/12/2023) The number (074512) is associated with Tismi BV. As of January 1st, 2021, Tismi has become a part of the Link Mobility Group and is now functioning as a national telecom provider across Switzerland, the UK, Iceland, and the Netherlands.
