I got a call from someone claiming to be o2, saying they had an amazing deal if I just confirmed my postcode, email and name. It felt dodgy straight away. Total scam, they were trying to get into my online account so they could order a phone in my name. Honestly, o2 would never ask for these details, they usually ask for specific letters from your password instead. So be careful and don’t give out personal info!
