Got a message saying just “hi.” When I asked who it was, they said they’d just got to England and someone gave them my number. I told them straight up that I knew they were after money, like one of those romance scams. Looking back, I probably should’ve just ignored them or told them to buzz off instead of replying.

I found myself in a bit of a pickle when my laptop got locked up tight, and can you believe Microsoft didn't provide a phone number for assistance? It all felt rather dodgy, if you ask me! Whatever you do, steer clear of that 'run' option. Instead, press and hold Ctrl and Alt, then hit delete to shut down any pesky applications or web pages that are causing trouble. After that, make sure to run your own antivirus to ensure everything is shipshape and Bristol fashion!

I found myself in quite a pickle when my laptop suddenly locked me out and prompted me to ring this number. To my shock, they gained control over my computer! Thankfully, I’ve managed to cut off their access now.
