Some dodgy people called pretending they were from HP trying to scam me.

I was having trouble linking my printer to the WiFi and called what I thought was HP support. They requested my name and phone number to get back to me. When the bloke rang, he somehow got access to my laptop. After a while, he claimed there was a Trojan horse on my system and insisted I needed some security software. I ended the call when he started rambling about signing me up for Norton. He then kept calling over and over, so I eventually had to block his number.
