I usually dont pick up calls unless I recognise the number, but this one rang me at around 7.20pm on the 23rd of July, and I have no clue who it was.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Liverpool, but their accent sounded totally foreign. They told me I was owed money from a PPI but couldn’t give any info about which bank or anything specific. When I pointed out they were dodging my questions, the line just went dead. Definitely a scam.

I got a call earlier from some people, and I told them I worked with the police and would have to report them. They said I’d claimed PPI for £6000 and that it was already accepted! When I warned them about reporting their scam, they just dared me to go ahead. The accent didn’t sound British to me, and they said the firm was UK Reclaim or something like that. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from some Asian guy called Daniel Fisher saying I owed £6000 on a PPI claim. When I questioned him, he got pretty nasty. Even though he has all my info, he wouldn’t send me any documents, which is really worrying since he knows where I live. I’m a vulnerable woman living by myself, and this whole thing has me feeling uneasy.

This call from some Asian guy about my supposed PPI is still coming through. Honestly, what legit PPI firm rings you on your mobile? I just flat out said I wasn’t interested and told him if he really had my info, he should just send me the cheque. Then I ended the call.

Some bloke called Daniel Fisher rang me again about PPI, and then he had the cheek to lie saying I was only 13. Normally, they’d stop calling after that, but nah, this time I got swamped with naked pics instead 😡. Absolutely ridiculous!

Got a call earlier today from a guy with a thick Asian accent and quite rubbish English. Told him straight up it was a scam, but he just kept going on. After I repeated myself, he finally ended the call. Honestly, I’d love to track this bloke down. There's seriously not enough effort put into catching these crooks and locking them up for a long time, maybe 30 years with hard labour would do the trick.

I ignored this call when it came through around 1:30 in the afternoon. Thought if it was something important, there'd be a voicemail - but nope, nothing. Pretty sure it was just another scam. Reading what other people have said doesn’t shock me at all. How are these scammers from India still allowed to keep doing this? Honestly, why hasn’t our government, or even the ones before, done more to push the Indian authorities into cracking down on this with tougher penalties? It’s frustrating!

They were pretending to be from PPI claims, but it turns out to be a scam. I was chatting to them while I rang my bank on my other phone, just to check. The bank confirmed they’re fraudsters. Also, they asked for a 16 digit number to send money, which isn’t needed at all. Glad I didn’t fall for it!

I told him I never even put in a PPI claim and asked him to send me something in writing, so I could deal with it properly. He repeated the amount again, and I said that’d be lovely if it was true. Then he asked me to confirm my house number, to which I said no and that he needed to post me a letter instead. After that, he just cut the call.

This one gave me vibes of one of those Indian call centres. I reckon it might be connected to those earlier calls I got from 01613547701, which I’ve already blocked. Seems like the same person’s now ringing from a mobile.
