Someone called me saying my Amazon account was compromised. I ended the call straight away to confirm with Amazon first. I got in touch with Amazon Customer Support, who took detailed info and screenshots and said they’re looking into it. They warned me it’s risky since after the call, they send a WhatsApp message with a security code that seems real. Amazon don’t ever cold call their users, so be cautious.
