I've dealt with this one already. It's a dodgy scam, so I just ignore calls from it.

I got a voicemail saying there was a £130 charge on my debit card for a train ticket and if I didn’t know about it I should press 1, or press 2 if I did. It was obvious to me it was some kind of scam, so I just ignored it and didn’t press anything.
