Heads up everyone, I've been having a nightmare with IKEA lately. After reaching out to them through X (what used to be Twitter), I got a call from someone saying he was from their Customer Service team to sort a refund. I made the mistake of downloading some app called LEMFIN. This guy tried to take £698 from my account SEVEN different times while I was trying to convince him he wasn’t legit. Thankfully, I got off the phone, rang my bank, and they had already blocked the payments. Felt pretty daft for falling for it though.
