Someone rang saying they were from BT and told me my internet settings had switched from private to public. They said they could assist me in fixing it and asked if I was able to do it then. When I said I couldn’t, they wanted to know when they could call back. I asked if I could just ring them instead. They said yes and gave me a number starting with 0800 800-, but then the call dropped straight away.
