They said they were from some health insurance company but couldn’t even get my full name, NHS number or my GP surgery correct. I decided to play along with made-up info and let them faff about trying to set things up. When they finally asked for my bank details, I just told them ‘if you’re gonna waste my time, I’ll waste yours’ and ended the call.
