I received a rather dubious communication apparently from Skatteverket, the Swedish tax authority. I managed to keep them on the line for quite some time, feigning interest, before revealing that I was fully aware it was a scam. In their email, they stated: "We wish to alert you that your account is currently inactive, and your funds have been deposited into our crypto wallet. Regrettably, the sum of €87,614.26 is currently frozen due to inactivity. To regain access to your wallet, you must first pay a processing fee of 3.5%."

I've received calls purporting to be from a cryptocurrency outfit named Coingate. Yet, the phone number and the domain they're using don’t align with anything official from Coingate. I've even had a chat with the actual representatives at Coingate, and they've confirmed that it’s definitely a scam!
