I picked up the phone and all I heard was silence at first. After a bit, a man with an Asian accent claimed he was calling from Amazon, which sounded fishy to me. I told him I usually contact Amazon through their app, and then he just ended the call. I doubt Amazon would ring you randomly from a mobile number like that. So, I went ahead and blocked the number - definitely looks like a scam to me.
