Heads up to all travel agents out there - there's a proper odd one going around! This person says they're based in Scotland, mentions having nine kids, and wants to jet off to Texas or Mexico with a dog and a snake. They don't seem bothered about the destination or timing, which is a bit strange. Even more bizarre, they're willing to travel several hundred miles to our shop with passports just to book their trip. Can't believe it! Totally mad!
