When I picked up, a lady named ‘Carol’ was speaking really unclear. I asked her how she got my phone number and she just ended the call! I’m signed up with the TPS but don’t really know how to complain about this number to them even though I’ve blocked it. Lately, I’ve been getting loads of calls like this, so I’m starting to question if registering with TPS actually does anything?
