Totally a scam. They said they were from EVRI Parcel, but called from a mobile number (shown above). Tried checking with EVRI directory, but it was a complete waste of time. They clearly mention they dont ever call customers on mobile phones. So yeah, definitely a scam. I also reported it by texting 7726. Hope this warns others!
