On the 27th of May, 2015, I received a phone call from them. Let's just say I didn’t hold back-gave the caller a proper earful. Infuriating bunch of so-called accident chasers!

I received a call concerning some accident, and when I asked what on earth they were talking about, I was hit with a torrent of expletives and told that folks are tired of my attitude around here and that I should just calm down. Honestly, what a ridiculous scenario!

The accident management crew reached out to me, apparently checking in from their main office in Preston. They mentioned they were looking into incidents and enquired how they came across my number.
