Total con artist, without a doubt. They rang me from a mobile number that resembles mine, pretending to represent Curry’s PC World. I was wise to their game and immediately called them out on it, insisting they remove my number from their records. The person claimed they were legitimate and that EE, my mobile provider, had provided them with my information - a blatant falsehood. I countered their ridiculous claim by pointing out the obvious: they were nothing but a fraud. Once I’d exposed them, they dropped the charade and launched into a tirade of expletives. I might’ve reciprocated with a few choice words before hanging up...
