I got a call from an automated woman saying she was with my internet company. She told me my connection was about to get cut off due to some “illegal activity.” The recording asked me to press 1 to speak to someone. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Since then, I've been getting calls from at least eight different numbers over the last day and a bit, all playing the same message. I’ve blocked them all and reported everything to BT and Action Fraud.
