Got a call from someone saying they're from Amazon Prime and that they've taken money from my account. Then they tried to get me to install remote access stuff on my phone and laptop to take control. Complete scam! If you ever get these calls, especially ones saying they’re from your internet provider, just hang up. Legit companies don’t ask you to download anything like that. Same goes for those so-called Microsoft support calls - they’re all dodgy.
