I tried calling the number back but it just said the number isn’t in service. Odd thing is, when the call first came through, I heard this weird noise just before a woman said “hello” and then the call dropped straight away. How is it possible for a number to ring you but then not exist when you try to ring it? Feels like some sort of secret or hacker thing to me, especially with that strange noise at the start. For now, I’ve just marked it as unknown since it seems a bit dodgy.
