Total rip off! I paid in advance for my car’s service but when the time came, they never turned up. Tried ringing them loads but just got silence, only an automated text saying my car would be picked up soon. I looked up reviews and got really worried about losing my car, so I backed off. Even filled out a complaint form online where they promised someone would call me within 4 hours, but it’s been over a day now and nothing. No contact at all. Really disappointed.

Was meant to get in touch with the delivery bloke from ServiceStop after paying upfront for a full car service. He arrived ages late, then insisted I pay an extra £300 just to bring my car back. They never pick up calls or reply to emails afterwards. Seriously, steer well clear of these lot.

Some random person I’ve never even met is trying to pick up my car and haul it off to some place I have no idea about. Just picture dealing with the insurance lot: “Sir, you handed over your keys to a complete stranger, they’ve racked up three speeding tickets, run a red light and drove in a bus lane, plus you can’t show you weren’t behind the wheel.” Honestly, like that’d ever fly!

To those bad mouthing it, would you honestly prefer some random person towing your car away and never returning it? The fee they ask for covers the actual collection, not the additional costs like an MOT. Some folks just like to moan, while others are just being way too suspicious.

I recently encountered a rather unfortunate experience with a company, and I feel compelled to share. I arranged for an interim service on my vehicle, which was supposedly a straightforward task. However, my car was meant to be returned the same day-a promise that was never fulfilled. It seems to have simply disappeared! I haven’t a clue about its whereabouts and reaching anyone in their office is proving impossible. They haven't provided me with any garage information either. To make matters worse, I received an email from them proposing additional work amounting to a staggering £800! They were recommending some so-called special oil and an engine drain I’ve never even heard of before. Naturally, I declined their extravagant request. At this point, I've lodged a report with the police, as this is completely unacceptable. It’s been a right bother, to say the least-best to steer clear of this number!

Had to pay £320 for a service that used to be just £132 - total daylight robbery. Definitely better off taking your car to a nearby garage instead.

I would caution anyone against using this garage or service centre as I feel they're quite unethical. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle's service and MOT on Friday, 16th January 2021, for a fee of £132. After the MOT, I was then given a revised estimate for the service which had skyrocketed to £320 for oil changes, filters, and the like. To top it off, I've yet to receive my car back; they’ve held onto it the entire weekend until Monday’s delivery. I clearly requested that they refrain from proceeding with the service and simply bill me for the MOT, while also asking for a refund of the excess amount. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it!

Posted about 3 hours ago. So apparently a garage uses some sort of ‘middle man’ to sort out collections and stuff. Seriously, come on, use some common sense. Why the heck would any garage do that? Honestly, some folks would probably think the moon’s made of cheese too!

Honestly, I wouldnt trust those cold calls at all. Always do a bit of digging and use your common sense before you get involved with anyone. It’s a shame, but that’s just how life is these days. Take care out there, everyone.

i usually use servicing stop to get my car looked after. they work with nearby garages but handle all the organising like picking up the car and stuff. i reckon this number was either theirs or maybe the garage’s, but i’m pretty sure it was the servicing stop one. from what i can tell, they’re alright.
