I received the same message, just without a name, on the 21st of July, and now it’s turned up again today. I haven't lost anything myself, but this whole situation feels rather suspicious.

My handbag was stolen recently, and along with it were my phones. Shortly after, there seemed to be an effort to con my friend abroad via my Telegram account, followed by a call from +442086381321. On the 21st of July last year, I received two rather peculiar messages from +447445500552, starting with "Dear Sweety Begum, thank you for registering and welcome to U." Although I blocked those numbers, I still got a call from 02039158318 earlier today at about 10:37, where they queried if I was, in fact, Sweety Begum. It’s worth noting how the different numbers are all spinning the same yarn, making it apparent they’ve got quite a dubious operation going on.
