Got a call on 01-07-2021 from a woman speaking with a really thick Indian accent, making it hard to catch what she was saying. She said she was ringing from BT to check on some internet security issues. When I asked for the number she was calling from or any way to confirm who she was, she couldn’t or wouldn’t give me anything. This was just one of several calls like this I get almost every day, each time from a different number - I’ve had about five of these calls today alone.

When I asked her for the number she was ringing from or any way to prove who she was, she either couldn’t or didn’t want to give any details. This was just one of quite a few of these calls I get nearly every day, each time from a different number - already had about five of these today alone.
