Got a call from someone I didn't know, when I picked up, they just hung up straight away.

Got a call on a Sunday around 4pm, said it was HMRC and warned about legal proceedings because some letter apparently got returned. They told me to hit 1 to chat to someone. Thing is, HMRC don’t operate on weekends, they never use robo calls, and they definitely won’t ring you from a mobile number. Totally a scam without a doubt.

I got a call about free loft insulation, sounded good at first. But then they hit me with a but, and of course it wasn’t really free after all. Nope, had to BLOCK them.
