Got a call on our office phone today from someone claiming to be from BT Openreach about issues with our broadband and speeds dropping. Honestly, when do Openreach even ring customers directly? Usually, you only get hold of them through your provider. Didn’t bother staying on to listen, just ended the call straight away.
